THE FOOD : We prepare mainly original local cuisine, not too spicy. Sometimes, or according to your wish, we can offer continental food also. Most of the food items we use are grown organic, we process our own oils, our rice, our flour, our spices, many vegetables and fruits grow here. The drinking water generally will be boiled adding an ayurvedic ingredient for purification, and then cooled down. It’s almost vegetarian and always fresh. You will receive an early morning tea/coffee, a steaming fresh Indian breakfast, a typical Indian meal with many different dishes for lunch, tea/coffee and cake for teatime, a dinner mostly consisting of chappaties/ bharottas and vegetable curries, in between you will get the juices and refreshments of the season. . |
